Union Artisan Coffee

The Union Artisan Coffee Cafe is unbelievably the first artisan coffee cafe at 1 Mont Kiara. The time the project brief was to combine adjacent new lot with the existing unit. It was important for us to marry the design concept with the old outlet, make the space shone better and blossomed....

The space is designed to look like an industrial setting, red bricks, floral deco and black steel. The chairs are a mix of retro like art deco chairs and modern wooden tables. The main thing in the design are the details that create a special atmosphere and comfort.

As a retail area, it’s important to display a popular and busy atmosphere in side to be seen from the outside to attract more guests. Therefore, varies types of seating areas are easily approached from outside and can be visually recognized.

The design and construction supervision is accomplished mainly via online. As a result of the corona pandemic, the regular site visits are all limited. Even though there are multiple elements that postpone the construction, thanks to the clients’ efforts and contractor’s determinations, the construction ends up smoothly and now is already open for business.
